The food that I love are pastas with tomatoes sauce accompanied with meat, also I love eat peruvian food, rice with chicken aji… what is this ingredient? The chicken aji is a thick creme of aji with chicken shredded and egg, sometimes this food have an especial corn, more big that the normal corn. This food is tradicional of the Peruvian culture. In this culture also is ceviche but this food is hot spicy, the chicken aji also is hot spicy but not that much as ceviche.  A food that I hate are lentils, is a boring food, without flavor and their color are very boring. My favourite vegetables are beans, this food has different flavors as pastas, tomatoes sauce, chard, pumpkin and bacon. When I arrived late in the night on Fridays I love eat a pastas or rice with tuna or some sauce. In the morning I like eat eggs with jam and in the afternoon I drink milk with banana that is very refreshing drink it on summer.

My favourite subject

My favourite subject in second grade of architecture is ‘’Culture of the classical architecture’’. I always enjoy subjects about history and in this class we learn all about the ancestral cultures, Greece, Rome, Renaissance, Baroque…all times of history. We learn about the society, as they organízate, as they lived, as build their houses and palace. Especially we study the architecture that predominated and their influence. Some times we have read some books of famous authors that write about this cultures as Spiro Kostoff with ‘’ The history of architecture’’. He tell about as the classical culture of Greece was declinated for wars among it’s people, Esparta versus Atenas in the Peloponeso’s war, the appareance of Alejandro Magno and his consolidation as Emperor of Helenia.

I enjoy this subject because I read and leanr that as story’s book, its  funny know the past of the civilization that in the some moments existed and they were the foundation for the actual civilization.

When I was a young my parents talk many things about history because they are history teachers, so I grew up with them all days learn a few of history. This influenced in my decison of this career because I live in the center of Santiago, where I walk by historical streets and buildings.
